2. Order Processing & Verification Timeline
Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.
Verification for COD: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our system or customer support team may initiate a verification check via WhatsApp or phone call to ensure delivery accuracy before dispatch.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking link along with an AWB (Airway Bill) number via your registered Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can monitor the real-time movement of your package directly through our logistics partner's portal.
6. Non-Delivery & Address Issues
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three (3) separate times before initiating a return to origin (RTO). Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address with landmarks and a valid operational mobile number to prevent delivery failure.
